The SYR thermal discharge safety device 3065 is used to protect the temperature of boilers fired with solid fuels in closed hot water heating systems in accordance with DIN EN 12828 and meets the requirements of DIN 3440. These systems can be installed with heating outputs of up to 100 kW. The installation of the thermal discharge safety device is mandatory for systems in which the heat generator must be equipped with hot water preparation. The SYR thermal discharge safety device 3065 is designed as a pressure-relieved single-seat valve that opens when the temperature rises. It is controlled by two independently acting temperature sensors (TWG). The thermal discharge safety device can be ventilated. The seat and seal can be cleaned without changing the temperature setting. The compact TWG can be dismantled to make it easier to install the valve. The capillary pipes from the sensor to the sensor are protected from damage by a metal hose sheath.
