The SYR diaphragm safety valve 2115 is used to protect pressurized liquid systems against pressure exceedance in closed drinking water heaters (TWE) in accordance with DIN 1988-200 and 4753-1 and TRD 721. The connection size is to be determined according to the heating output of the heat generator to be protected in accordance with the table. In addition, the SYR diaphragm safety valve 2115 can be used to protect systems in accordance with AD data sheet A2 with media according to the specified specification. The blow-off capacity can be replaced by the values listed in the table. The response pressure of the safety valve, marked on the black seal disc pressed into the valve's lifting handle, must be selected so that the inlet pressure is at least 20% below the maximum permissible operating pressure of the system to be protected. The SYR diaphragm safety valve 2115 has a valve seat made of stainless steel and is designed with an upstream seat seal that is separate from the diaphragm. The safety valve can be lifted using the rotary handle.
