The SYR water softening system LEX 1500 is used to protect water pipes and water heaters from limescale deposits, which inhibit the water flow and lead to high energy consumption. Devices and fittings are protected, thus avoiding costly repairs. The consumption of detergents and cleaning agents is significantly lower with partially softened water than with non-softened water. There are no restrictions on the area of ​​application according to DIN 1988 Part 200. The capacity of the water softening system is designed so that both the entire water for a single-family or multi-family house and corresponding partial water quantities for hot water, swimming pool, washing machine and dishwasher can be partially softened. The LEX 1500 is a single-column system based on the ion exchange process. The LEX 1500 has the Limex IQ control, via which all information can be conveniently called up and entered. The water softening system is disinfected at regular intervals to prevent contamination.
