The SYR NeoSoft 5000 Connect double water softening system is used to protect water pipes and water heaters from limescale deposits, which inhibit the water flow and lead to high energy consumption. Devices and fittings are protected, thus avoiding costly repairs. The consumption of detergents and cleaning agents is significantly lower with partially softened water than with non-softened water. There are no restrictions on the area of ​​application according to DIN 1988 Part 200. The capacity of the water softening system is designed so that all the water for one to eight residential units can be partially softened. The NeoSoft Connect is a parallel system based on the ion exchange process, so that twice the flow rate is available. The NeoSoft Connect has a touchpad control, which can be used to conveniently access and enter all information. If it is connected to the Internet, it can also be controlled via the Internet using the SYR app. The water softening system is disinfected at regular intervals to prevent contamination.
